Our toys are made by hand. That is why small differences in shape, colour and details can occur.
This is exactly what makes each of our pieces something special and unique.

01 Are all toys handmade? +
Yes. Our toys are made by hand with a lot of love and care. Every piece is made step by step and gains its own character that way.
02 Are the models really unique? +
Our patterns and designs are developed by our master craftsman personally. Many models are therefore only available in very small numbers.
Even with identical models, small differences can occur because of the handwork.
03 Why do two identical models sometimes look slightly different? +
Handwork is never completely identical. Small differences in fabric, shape, colour or details are a natural part of handmade production.
04 Are the toys produced in large quantities? +
No. Our production is deliberately very limited. Many models are made in only a few copies.
Once a model is sold out, it may not come back.

In making our toys, we place great value on high-quality and, wherever possible, natural materials.
The materials used can differ from model to model. You will find the specific details on each product page.
Well informed before you buy.
05 Are all products available immediately? +
Not necessarily. Since we only produce in very limited quantities, individual models can sell out quickly.
06 Can a sold-out model come back? +
It is possible, but not guaranteed. Some models are made only once or in a very small series.
07 Can I reserve a particular model? +
Reservations are generally not possible for every product. If you are interested in a particular one-of-a-kind piece, feel free to contact us.
08 Can I order a custom toy? +
Depending on current workload, custom orders may be possible. Just write to us and describe your idea.

09 How can I order? +
Choose the product you want, add it to the cart and then follow the steps in the checkout.
10 Will I receive an order confirmation? +
After a successful order, you will normally receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you provided.
11 What if I don’t receive an e-mail? +
Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you don’t find a message there either, feel free to contact us.

12 How will my order be packed? +
Every order is carefully prepared and securely packed so that your new favourite piece arrives with you as undamaged as possible.
13 How long does shipping take? +
Delivery in 3–7 days.

14 Can I track my shipment? +
If tracking is available for the chosen shipping method, you will receive the relevant information after dispatch.

The exact care instructions can differ depending on the material and product.
When something isn’t right.
15 Can I return my order? +
For standard products, the statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal apply.

16 Can I return a custom-made product? +
For products made to your personal specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded, as far as this is legally permitted.
17 What if my parcel arrives damaged? +
Please contact us as soon as possible and, if you can, send us photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
We will look into the case and find a suitable solution together with you.
