Every order is prepared with great care. Since our toys are made entirely by hand, we also treat shipping with special attention.

Once the order is received, available items are carefully checked and prepared for shipping.

Every creation is packed so that it reaches you as safely and undamaged as possible.
Dispatch
After dispatch you will receive – where available – the relevant tracking information.

Handmade sometimes means that things take a little more time.
For items that are already finished, shipping takes place once the order has been processed.
For custom-made items, the production time may be longer. In this case we will inform you in advance of the expected production time.

We want you to be happy with your order. That is why we explain transparently what to bear in mind when returning an item.
Right of return
For standard products, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies. The relevant statutory deadlines and conditions must be observed.
Custom-made products
For products made specifically to your personal specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
Condition of the return
Please return items as complete as possible, undamaged and safely packed.
Every piece is special.
Our toys are made in very small quantities. Some models are one-of-a-kind pieces or are made only once.
Please therefore note that a particular model may not be available again after a return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Photos of the packaging and of the damaged product are helpful. This way we can check the case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.

What happens if an item is sold out?
Many of our models are made in very limited numbers and may disappear permanently from the collection after being sold.
